Question 1

How long does an ADU take to build in Corona or Ontario?

Accepted Answer

A garage conversion typically takes four to six months from first call to final inspection. A detached ADU runs more like six to ten months depending on site work, utility connections, and how quickly the city reviews plans. We will give you a realistic timeline in writing at your estimate. Call (855) 341-3461 to schedule the first visit.

Question 2

Can I build an ADU on a septic system in Quail Valley or Oak Hills?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but the county may limit the unit's size based on your septic capacity. We order the soils and percolation testing, review the results with you, and design a unit that fits what your system can handle. Sometimes that means a studio instead of a two-bedroom. We will walk you through it after the test results come back.

Question 3

Do you build ADUs for rental purposes?

Accepted Answer

We do, and our Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga clients in particular tend to build with tenants in mind. That means durable flooring, simple maintenance points, and a layout that a renter finds livable. We also handle the permitting so your rental is legal from day one. Call (855) 341-3461 and tell us your rental goal, and we will shape the design around it.

Question 4

How do I get started with a lot evaluation?

Accepted Answer

Call (855) 341-3461 during our office hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The coordinator will take your address and city, confirm we serve your area, and get you on the schedule for a free consultation. Estimates are free, written, and come with no obligation.
